Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 5,000.
  • We charge Rs. 200 on all orders under the value of Rs. 5,000.

Order Dispatch:

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery time is between 4 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons or our mega sales events.

Delivery Address:

  • We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  • We will attempt to deliver your order at least twice to the address indicated by you.

Self Collection and Advance Payment:

  • In case of self-collection or any address where the courier network is not available, we demand advance payment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return or Exchange Eligibility:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:
    • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
    • The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
    • The product received does not match the size ordered.

How to Apply for a Return:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info@ryze.pk or by calling at 0331-9232915.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defective item via email within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, but we charge ZERO for sending you back the replacement.
  • In case of a defective piece received by the customer, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

Return Processing Time:

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

Size Exchange Policy:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, contact us via email at info@ryze.pk within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Refund Policy:

  • We do offer refunds in case the item is damaged or if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
  • In the case of a refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.

Returns: Sale & Discounted Products:

  • Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.

Non-Support Scenarios:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product was tampered.
