No, you can order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an Account has benefits listed below.

There are several benefits of creating an account, including: your billing/shipping information willbe saved, and checkout will be faster. you will be able to view your previous order history. an account is required to facilities returns & order cancellations. account holders will remain up to date with the latest promotions & newsletters.

For orders of PKR 5000 or above, we provide free shipping across pakistan. we offer standard delivery in the amount of PKR 200 for orders under PKR 5000.

Return or Exchange Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if: How to Apply for a Return: Notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info@ryze.pk or by calling at 0333-9232914.Provide photographic evidence of the defective item via email within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.Return Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, but we charge ZERO for sending you back the replacement.In case of a defective piece received by the customer, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.Return Processing Time:We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.Size Exchange Policy:If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, contact us via email at info@ryze.pk within 7 days of the delivery date.The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.Refund Policy:We do offer refunds in case the item is damaged or if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.In the case of a refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.Returns: Sale & Discounted Products:Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered. We accept COD (cash on delivery) and online payment with visa, mastercard, credit card, and debit card.
Q: Can i get the shipping or billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?
Please note that the address cannot be modified after the order has been processed because your order has already been.
